Two teams with an extra gear

GFM has two teams within it: Net and Integration. The first has consolidate experience in the Microsoft word, the second uses platforms Open Source based on Linux.

This two teams share the spaces and support each other steadily with different tips and technical perspectives. This type of complementary and comparison allows teams to have an extra gear because everyone can have an extra experience.
