Quality Policy

In compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, GFM-Net is committed to pursuing a policy that, within the scope of its software design and production processes and hardware product trade, takes into account the organization’s context and its internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, suppliers, customers, users, and social partners. This includes evaluating and appropriately managing risks and opportunities related to its processes and socio-economic environment, implementing all consequent measures as a result of continuous review and at least annual reassessment, creating a framework for establishing and achieving quality objectives within the context outlined above. The company establishes measurable and, where possible, quantifiable indicators to provide useful early signals for any necessary adjustments to plans and programs.

GFM-Net is also committed to meeting all applicable requirements, whether they are legally binding, contractual, or established as best practices.

GFM-Net commits to pursuing continuous improvement of its quality management system while implementing the above policies.

GFM-Net is dedicated to promoting and disseminating ideas and tools within the market that focus on measuring energy flows, recognizing that measurement is a necessary foundation for reducing consumption impact on the climate.

Objectives are set annually by management and communicated to all staff. They include:

  • Enhancing the company’s image and reputation among all stakeholders;
  • Achieving operational goals, steadily reducing non-conformities with particular attention to complaints, and maintaining high satisfaction levels among stakeholders;
  • Respecting legal and contractual obligations, including implicit ones, especially data protection;
  • Fostering clear communication with stakeholders;
  • Ongoing training for personnel in roles of responsibility.
